Cedar Valley Primary Care & Walk-In Clinic opened in January 2021. We are proud to offer quick, personal, and thorough medical care to all patients, regardless of age. We provide acute care for things such as minor illnesses, sprains, fractures, rashes, sore throats, coughs, etc. With being on-site with ADI (Advanced Diagnostic Imaging) we are able to quickly diagnosis most acute health conditions (most insurances allow for immediate radiology services, some require prior authorization)

Dr. James J. Poock specializes in family medicine. He is a primary-care physician trained to meet the diverse health needs of children and families.
His areas of interest include clinical research, endoscopy, cardiovascular disease, and acute illnesses
Dr. Colin W. DeFord is well-versed in many areas of family medicine, serving as the Medical Director of Nashua Clinic as well as a physician at US Air Force bases in Montana and Nebraska.
He strives to develop long-term, meaningful relationships with his patients in order to give them the best, most personalized care possible.
